How the Sydney running tour works

I'll either pick you up from your hotel or we start running right outside your door — the route is planned around where you're staying. We run through Milsons Point and along the foot of the Harbour Bridge, stop at a café midway to stretch and catch our breath over a coffee, then carry on towards the Opera House. Pace and distance are set to your fitness in a chat beforehand.
